    you did it andy, fair play. i thought you lot gave it a miss. sounds like a pretty hardcore effort.

    Really pleased to see those. The blue bike being ridden by the tall girl is mine. She had decided to do the ride but only had an undergeared SS with a dodgy front wheel on it so her friend, Ed in the Brixton Cycles top, asked if I would do a swap as I was only doing the easy short Solstice Ride to Primrose Hill. When she bought it back to me the next day, her shoulders were aching due to my "freakishly long reach". I'd enjoyed riding the SS until I hit Primrose Hill and couldn't make it to the top.

    Hope to be doing the ride this year on the same bike.
