Here we have my Brian Rourke lowpro frame set. Its has a 24" front wheel, which it comes with (yes clincher, and has a tyre) also it has a seat post and a H-set.
It has track ends and and is not drilled for a brake and I doubt you'd be able to drill it.
This bike rides really nicely even if it does look like a clown bike, and if you are looking to go fast, well it won't disappoint.
