  • The best thing about doing long ride: The massive amounts you can eat when you finish without feeling bad about it :D

    I spent the last three days gorging in preparation, for all the good it did me. Not sure where that leaves me on the carte blanche consumption. Definitely didn't take enough to eat on the ride itself, and the feedstop fare wasn't entirely up to scratch.
    So, quality recovery food. Pizza, Chinese, or Indian? (Cos there's no way I'm capable of making something in this state)
