Nose is morphing into a strange shape and neck is pretty stiff otherwise fine. Thanks to Iain for the sprint to get the first aid kit which proved to be so much in demand and to John for organising the ride. I'm glad i stayed on for the rest of the ride which was both mightily scenic and eventful, though I'm probably to blame for encouraging the solvent abuse....
