I'm just going to take a guess that it's your chainline which is off rather than it having to do with your sprocket and chainring.
Make sure it's lubed up good too! :)

Smaller the rear sprocket the greater the wear rate. Check that too if you've been running it for a while.

thtas a huge gear for city/road use!
I'm running 45/14 on my fixed gear. The gear is great but the chain makes a gentle click every time it gets to a tooth on the sprocket. Is this from such a small cog? What difference is there between running the same gear ratio with smaller sprocket compared to having a larger chainring?
