The money from this sale is actually going towards purchasing an entry visa to the People Democratic Republic of the Camaroon.
The seller is related to a deposed Camaroonian (?) politician who, through no fault of his own, was accidentally credited with $100,000,000 of government funds.
This led to the politician ( a Major in the Camaroonian army, and so a macaroon) being forced to flee the country peniless.
The funds currently sit in a numbered account awaiting recovery.
If you purchase the bike (by suppying your bank account details and passwords) then you will be assisting in the recovery of the funds and so be entitled to 10% of the funds which are, by right, the sellers.
