Please don't steal my brooks

You may remember this post...
Well tonight my worst nightmare came true.
Brook was stolen - railings at bottom of hackney rd where it crosses kingsland rd. (rest of bike OK)
2 years - oh it hurts.
Made worse that the allen bolt had been filled, seat covered with cover and plastic bag!

Also saw an other guy who had also had his Brooks stolen in the same area.
If anyone see's it over the weekend at the markets let me know.
I sprayed horrible florescent yellow paint on the underside and it has blue denim stains at pressure points.

Sorry to hear this, but it doesn't surprise me.

I use three locks on my bike, with the long cable lock especially for the Brooks. It's the only lock that has seen any 'action', in that someone has tried to cut it, with a pair of pliers by the looks of it.

Wherever your saddle is now, at least you can take some comfort in knowing that for the time it was with you, it was loved.
