What time did this happen? Where were you and which way were you going?
If you belong to a cycling group like LCC/CTC/etc you will have insurance against claims by other insurance companies, otherwise you will have to fight their claim and counter claim for the cost of bike, injuries, and everything else you can think of. Getting a lawyer on your side might be necessary, someone like Levenes 0800 118899.
