we played there before. it was always full of kids wanting to play football and there's not really anywhere else for them to play.

that court is awesome! we should ditch whitworth and just play there.

Anyone who wasn't out tonight to listen to my drunken ramblings... I've got a coupla trial shifts at jobs and stuff in Edinburgh so I'm not likely to be around much anymore. Sorry I couldn't leave in a decisive, tap-out kinda way, but yeh, I'll be back a bit so hopefully see people then. Wasn't meant to be that sudden. Sent a bunch of CVs up to see what would happen n I got offered a coupla trial shifts the next day. So provided I don't manage to bollocks them both up, then yeh, I'm not really gonna be based in manc anymore. Kinda weird.

You've left enough skin on various courts to make a whole other you, maybe we can just put them all together...

yeah, was ace. the only issue is with the bits next to the goal where the ball goes under. sure hip replacements can work there magic though and fix that ;) the court itself is perfect, really smooth and nice size.

any issues with local rappers trying to use the court to play football?

There was a bit of "pitch invasion", you know, the sort of crotch grabbing tedious acting out boys do when they feel inadequate. Something I am, after 44 years of being buffeted by it, a bit sick of. But a great pitch as Yoav said, perhaps after some time the local g-boys might get used to us.

it was fine, they local gang was just watching us play. They didn't seem bothered, some nice drum and bass was blasting too. all good in 'da hood
