If his address is known, someone should get in contact with a parent.

I had a girl living in our flat, didn't pay rent for 5 months, then did a runner. As soon as her old man found out, he drove down from Manchester to sort it out and pay the money. No doubt she got an earful for that in private.

What exactly are you planning to do at 14? It's a very public place and he's a minor so not a good place to have any form of altercation. Go to his home address with all the details and speak calmly to one or both of his parents. They will hopefully recognise the severity of the situation even if he doesn't.

Divert an entire critical mass to his door and demand satisfaction.

The police can't/won't do anything about it the only way to solve this is like others have said and go to his address and speak to the parents. Hope you get it sorted out.

If no-one is home, prepare a letter to leave with all the details informing them of your intention to escalate the matter should they not contact you within 24 hours.

However, trying to put a positive spin on all this whole situation, look how quickly everyone has rallied round to flush this little fucker out AND give him plenty of opprtunities to right his wrongs before involving the cops. That's a healthy community in my book, and one that I'm proud to be a part of.

Agreed. There's something not quite right about his reaction to all this. If anyone does see him around, including those directly affected by his actions, please stay calm and don't do anything to make this situation worse.
