Wanted: Pretty 49-52cm frame and fork

I'm currently looking for a small-ish frame for my girlfriend, ideally she would like;

• something with relativly large clearances to accomodate up to a 35c tyre.
  
• quite interesting lug design as she intends to restore and lug-line it.
  
• paint job doesn't matter too much as it will be restored so could skimp here to save on cost.
  
  

Looking to spend around £50, but im open to offers below or above that mark if the price and frame is right!!!!
