Nope.
Israelis, plus you have to pay a tax.
Here's a rough guide on getting from Jordan to Palestine:

1. Get up stupid early.
   
2. Get Car to border.
   3.Get out of car, walk to checkpoint 1.
   
3. get through checkpoint- expect a 1-infinite hour wait time.
   
4. Get bus to Jerusalem- go through Checkpoint to
   OR
   
5. Get bus to Beit Jala/ any Palestinian run areas- go through at least 2 more checkpoints.
   Eventually get to where you need to be.....
