unless he 'reverse' transaction from 14co that is, which seemed unlikely.

the best way is send all information to police,
then you get money back, he get bad record in his life,

seems like hes scammed a couple of people here and saved a few bob as well as some parts. 'Affording' a 14co frame doesnt mean hes a millionaire who just doesnt want to give Beaue 70 quid....

Actually scratch that since it just look like he's making profit out of stolen stuff (i.e. selling the hubs).
