^^ This. All you have to do is tell paypal that you did not authorise a transaction, or go to your card issuer and say the same, and it all goes tits up for the seller. Same for card transactions over the phone through a provider like Streamline - instantly reversible if buyer claims no knowledge of the transaction - they haven't entered their PIN, so they cannot be made accountable. My old employer suffers from this problem, and they sell quad bikes and other such items. Expensive losses.
Very common is the chargeback scam.
