been reading through paypal site and apparently the outcome of my case is decided by the credit card company. i think if i do get my money back, its gonna take a long long time, and my paypal account it minus £90 now so i'm a bit reluctant to use it and risk money being taken out my bank account.
I do have this guys address, and it does not match the whois info. I'm not gonna post it here (just yet) in case it affects my dispute case thing... sorry
