Free coffee at Rapha Cafe on the ride in this morning was great.

I will admit that I am well and truly taken in with the Rapha marketing/brand. Middle class, middle aged men with a penchant for after work drinks on any day with little notice. I think I think I am their target demographic.

Arm was a bit too sensitive to come out last night. (It's scared of all you hardcore hump climbers) I never realised how much the inner bend of the elbow could be irritated by clothing rubbing on it. Oh well next week I'll be there boring you with my holiday excitement.
