As this is the best thing I've ever seen I asked a friend who lived in Japan for a year to translate. His response:

Chris, you've discovered Shingo, the youngest member of the original Japanese boy band SMAP! He's the spokesperson for Dole in Japan.

I'm not sure what the first sentence in the GIF says, but the rest of it he says:

Banana are coming out (bananawa haeru) ... I am Dole Man!(ai amu dole man)
