That's crackin news PQR, one of the lucky ones. News just in... just this second walked past a frenzied police scene on Shoreditch High Street (ironically, at the exact point I had my bike nicked last week). From what I could gather from bystanders, a couple of bike thieves on mopeds were being chased by police, and one of the thieves ended up taking a big spill and broke his leg. The little scrotes had a full on set of tools, croppers etc.
It seemed a bit of a heavy handed response (about 10 cars and a couple of vans) but I'm not gonna lie and say I didn't feel a large sense of karmic justice had been served!
