I get psoriasis placques on lesions
this is especially bad on my arse as I tend to get saddle sores
when the sores go down I get hard placques of skin over the top of the sore
these can actually tear off during cycling
the skin that comes off is like a scaley version of serious sunburn
It's shit and I cannot find a solution
damo is an advocate of sunbeds
though how I could go and bronze my arse and perineum I do not know.
