Riding into work this morning I saw an ambulance in the distance. Turned out to be a male mountain biker being looked after by them. I’ve no idea what had happened, his bike looked OK – no obvious damage- and there were no cars obviously stopped near by. It’s always hard to gauge the seriousness of an accident but he was conscious and had a few cuts/grazes on his face and the ambulance crew were fitting a neck brace as I went by. He was sat up at the time so I don’t know if that’s a good sign or not.
It was on the Upper Richmond Road headed west at the corner of (I think) Gordon Ave.
I hope you aren’t too banged up mate and that the neck brace was just a precaution. Heal up quickly.
