Track nuts slightly bigger than 15mm

I bought some wheels with Maillard hubs, is it right that the bolts are slightly too big for 15mm but too small for 16mm? I'm having to use an adjustable spanner which as you know is a shit thing to do. They seem like decent bolts otherwise.
Of course I'll just buy some new ones but just wondered.

OK I probably should've worked that out. I knew about the locknut being different but not the track nut. Thanks
