I think a more realistic price, bearing in mind that those forks need replacing, is somewhere around £350 as it is there.
If I were you, I'd split that bad boy, and sell the bits separately.

But they're 700c. That frame clearly takes a 650 / 24" fork.

It's meant to have a smaller wheel on the front. Have you ridden the bike and wondered why corners are such an issue?
If you are trying to sell, stick the original forks on and halve your asking price.
£800 is hugely ambitious.
