Don't actually like the idea of loads of different pockets and compartments on the inside of the bag, perhaps have a pocket on the outside of the bag for all your organised stuff.

Keep the main compartment nice and empty, how annoying is it when you try to fill a bag but you can't because there's a divider in the way.

Mine's got one big compartment but with 4 or 5 small pockets on the front inside and a couple outside (under the flap). Find them very useful to keep things that I don't want to get scratched, bent or squashed separate from the random detritus that gathers in the main bit.. but each to their own. Good thing about getting a custom bag made I guess!
