Why track ends?
If you're looking for something cheap, but not crappy, a road frame with horizontal dropouts can be had for not a lot of £$
Trust me on this one, it's good advice...

yeah i know I've got a road frame with horizontal drop outs but i want a new frame anyways and bored of my chain tension needing to be adjusted every day or two.

get into a shop like brick lane bikes have a good 20 minute mooch around there and get an idea of what youi are looking for then hit up e-bay
alternatively go to fixedgeargallery.com and spend 20 minutes going through the bikes again spot something that takes you fancy and see if there is one for sale any where else ... just don't get some crazy notion a cinelli laser will be available for £120 down you local bike shop
