Err, haven't you just named and shamed?

It can take quite a while for paypal refunds to show on any statement so give it a little more time. I wouldn't hand over another £70 if I hadn't received the refund from the original payment and, in all likelihood, neither would you. If it goes on for much longer though, feel free to hunt him down.

I agree i wouldn't hand over another 70 quid too, but it has obviously been returned to his card. Why would he be rejecting my calls? Hanging up on me when knowing it was me?
