My friend was hit buy a car as she was cycling across Camberwell New Road on thursday evening around midnight. The car skipped a red light and hit her and then drove off. She has broken her ankle and fractured her pelvis but she will be ok. Was there anyone around there that saw the accident and has heard anything about it?
The police have taken her bike to try and find any evidence on it but unless there is CCTV footage (which they dont think will cover where the crash happened) there is nothing they can do to find the driver.
