Is the Hope BB axle JIS (Shimano) or ISO (Campag) taper? are you including the removal tool - is that what's next to it in the photo?

Not sure whether it is JIS or ISO to be honest. I don't tend to worry about that.

And yes the removal tool is included.

what size clamp is the race face stem, and what width are the bars?

Stem is for 1 1/8'' steerer, bars are 44cm wide
