Most sites have the Gazzetta listed as 2200g, Wiggle go further in their Q&A for the frame and state that 2200g is for frame only, doesn't include the weight of the forks

It's also listed as Columbus "Steel" on the Cinelli website, not one of the named Columbus tubesets which again suggests it's a basic Cro-Mo tube set.
Pure conjecture here (not having riden a Cro-Mo tube based bike on the track), but I imagine it'll feel a bit woolly and sluggish on the track
