It's a gentle ride, mostly. A little climbing as we reach the edges of suburbia, then mostly rolling country and a really startlingly quiet route for at least the first 3/4 of it. Some traffic around Hullbridge and on into Southend.

@stix yeah, we'll be fine.

I was referring to the suburbia at the edges of London, sort of Chigwell or somewhere like that. The bit before you get to Green Belt.

great ride, easy, just the right length so it finishes just as you start thinking about finishing and big cod and chips payoff at the end.
