nice.
I have a complete Athena grouppo on my 90's pinarello, would consider parting out but only with wheels...
Good luck with the bike.

The colnago is lovely, but out of my price range!
How much would you be looking at for the athena groupset?

Not quite sure...I'd only want to let it go with wheels (I do have 2 pairs of 8 speed, one with campy lambda rims). Probably around £400 ish? Might be a tad steep, but otherwise won't leave me enough to fund a new 10 speed build...
Here's the the pix anyway in case you are interested http://retrodicorsa.cc/Retro_di_Corsa/bikes/Pages/Kams_Pinarello.html
Oh..but these are ergos not downtube jobbies.

I'll have a think about that one. ergo shifters might be quite nice actually. Is there absolutely no possibility of selling the groupset and the wheels separately?

not really unless someone pipes up on this thread. Sam give retro_di_Corsa a pm by the way, he built this bike with me and does have some good parts knocking about.

Cheers. He beat me to it, and PMd me. Looks like I might be sorted :)

I'm after some bits for a build, and want to keep it all mid 90s campagnolo, if possible. What I need is:
-1" Headset
-Double ring crankset
-Front and rear mechs
-Brake callipers
-Brake levers
-Downtube shifters.
If anyone has a complete record groupset they are willing to part with, that would be ideal, but I appreciate the chances of that are extremely slim, and my bank account probably couldn't handle a whole groupset, all on one go. Breaking it down into components seems better somehow.
Let me know if you've got any bits on the list,
Thanks,
Sam
