A friend of mine has one of these, it'll be fine for the top part of the headset but too thick for the little preload adjuster below the very top nut.
Draper sell a 4 in 1 headset spanner that I have, and it's fine for general use. Wouldnt be up to much using it a couple of times a day as I've noticed some marks on mine however for repairs and headset replacement on your own bike(s) it's fine.
