what's the seat tube ctc? and standover height?

Wow... My size...

height is measured center bracket to top seat tube. this is the most usual method to measure height.
If you mean with ctc: center bracket to center top tube height is about 56cm.
I don't know what you mean with standover height.

But now the answer: top tube length is 57 cm (center seat tube to center stem)
Indeed celeste is lovely. It seems to me celeste is a very masculin colour: all my male friends like the colour very much, all my female friends dislike celeste
