Advice needed - Organising a polo event

Sheffield Council is holding a bike festival (in conjunction with Sustrans), and they want to have some polo in it. We (Soyo Polo-Co) are getting involved in an advisory category, but we could do with some advice too!

Can anyone offer advice on how to go about it?
In particular, we could do with:

• Recommendations on types of barriers to build a court with
  
• Formats (e.g. templates for double-eliminations, circle etc)
  
• Risk assessments
  
• Insurance
  Anything else that should be considered?
