Trade: Black Quill stem for Black stem

bought this quill stem from dirty harry, but need a stem for a 1inch steerer, if you have a shim aswell would be excellent. Can put money towards if necessary, but not looking to spend too much.

I'm sorry that stem isn't what you're looking for Joe, but it is a standard 1 inch quill stem. What's the problem you're having?

Man its hundred percent my fault, basically my friend had a standard stem but wanted a quill, and we were going to swap, but he said it was too long. Fixado's sorting me out a stem now, and gonna see if the stem is of use to him. I really like it, but it dun fit on my bike :(
