I got DAS'd twice on Tredegar road today (the Orange Mercian, me in a red top and shorts), failed to comply both times. First time I was too far away/heard it too late, the second I had just sprinted back from Tower Bridge to see how fast I could do it, and the legs didn't feel up to it.

As I was cycling along the road I was thinking "Is that the same guy, shit, if he shouts I bet I fall off". I assume you're doing some kind of cycle training? Who runs it? I'm looking at booking myself in for a course some time.
