WADA are having this exact debate right now BTW, it's the very same debate that has been ongoing since the introduction of performance enhancing drugs. I'd like to see for instance Gilbert take Vino to court for denying him the win at LBL as Vino had help albeit historic.

That'd be interesting.

It's so intrinsic in the sport now that nobody even dared to complain or protest. I imagine people would start jumping if all the other riders had refused to take to the start line because of Vino.
