Has anybody tried or have this type of fixie and how do they hold up (weather/durable)? Are they worth it for under £200?
they look quite similar to the 'create' ones.
Thanks. Ed. -

They are shit shit shit. A friend of mine brought one last week from the guy who is selling them on gumtree and on the modest 5 mile cycle over to mine the chain snapped, the break lever snapped in half as we discovered it was hollow and made out of some cheap Taiwanese shitty metal. They come with shit quando "racing" hubs which are £6 down cycle surgery. The chainring feels like it is made of tin-foil (i snapped it with one hand). The rims have a cheap ridged braking surface rather than a machined one so get ready to go through a lot of brake pads. My friend went through a set of brake pads in one week on this bike. The rear sprocket and chain ring do not line up properly as the spacing on the rear wheel is god awful. It took two of us to put the front wheel in as the forks were a bit warped. Im going to say that a create bike is a million times better than this pile o' junk this this guy is flogging to people. Apparently he is setting up a bike shop? good luck to him if he is. I would strongly advise you do NOT buy one of those bikes and invest a little bit more money in a more solid one with actual branded parts! Sorry about the rant. happy bike shopping!

Oh God. Can we not go through all this again?!
If it looks like a create, or it smells like a create, it's a create. There are literally thousands of posts on here about them.
UTFS for create.

expanding the range as it seems. business must be good. bikes already look weak. just notice the seat clamp area please, if you can overlook the monster of the Mediterranean saddle crafts.
It's ok, sweety.
