I recommend the search function.
Failing that, formula hubs on open sport seems to be the bog standard wheel of choice. Sometimes the axle is long enough to space, sometimes its not. Most shops in london sell the hubs so you might be able to swap the axle. -

I'm just in the process of building my first FG/SS bike and I'm just deciding what hubs/wheels to go for. Does anyone have any recommendations of what might be a good option? Light-ish and durable would be good if that's possible for a relatively limited budget (£150 - £175 ish).

Get some Campagnolo 6/7 speed hubs off ebay, and build with Open Pros or Ambrosio Excellence - these would do nicely:

freehub with spacers was in the OPs request
I've been given an old raleigh record sprint that i'm going to singlespeed for commuting. Just asking to see if anyone can recommend some decent wheels that will fit the 126mm spacing that can take a freewheel or freehub that will be used with spacers.
