Wanted: Room from Early May till mid September

Whilst I continue looking through Estate Agents for studio flats/ flat shares/ pipe dreams-
I would actually quite like to live in a bike friendly place with other people.
Ideally- North, South East or East.

About Me:
22 year old male, non smoker, fairly quiet- but not introverted, very tidy, with very little stuff.
I enjoy cooking, and though a meat eater, will happily respect vegetarianism.
Veganism would be harder- but I can happily live as a vegetarian whilst in the house, and have done before.
looking for a job atm- but its going ok and I have a little cash to tide me over for a while also.

Yup, so if anyone has anything/ knows anyone.... hit me up.

you are still allowed to give a months notice within a contract

I thought it was 2 months? At least it was for me last year.

henry - i have a friend who has a room going in a house in stamford hill. Its from may til august / september (i'm not exactly sure when their lease is up).

its not gorgeous but its cheap, its just at the top of the hill so 2 mins from stoke newington.

its a 4 bed with 1 bathroom, separate lounge & kitchen. 2 of the guys there are very good friends i went to uni with (soas brap brap) and are awesome guys. the third I dont know so well but he seems nice.

There's a room in my house going at the moment. Around £530 pcm including all bills. It's a warehouse conversion between Manor House and Seven Sisters tube station.

Big place with friendly housemates. Pleanty of room for bikes and working on them. Im the only bike nut in the place so it'd be good to have someone to talk shop with once in a while.

So I got this sorted, and will be moving some point soon- to SE27, thanks to Koai!!!
