Wanted: 700x23C Front Wheel + Other parts

Just finishing of the missus bike, just need a 700x23C front wheel (black rimmed and hubbed if possible)

also looking for black 25.4mm clamp riser bars and a 46t 135mm BCD chain ring for campagnolo mirage crankset also in black if possible.

I have a Campy/Mavic front wheel on Mavic CPX12 rim for £20, but needs a little truing. It is lightly used. pics attached. forgot to mention it is 700x20c
