Just seen this; Lexus hybrid 'concept'. Actually built and going to be shown, available for test in the UK soon.
Shimano 8 speed interal rear hub attached to awful cranks and a 240W electric motor, via a 25.9V Lithium-ion battery.
Awful cranks.
