    DE ROSA AERODINAMICA c1981/2
    Seat Tube (ctc): 23.5in (59.5cm)
    Top Tube (ctc): 22.5in (57cm)
    Rear dropout width: 124mm
    Wheel size: 700C
This is a De Rosa TT frame built from Columbus Air tubing which has conventional round ends at the bottom of the down and seat tubes making it possible to be built with a lugged BB shell. At the head tube the top and down tubes have been been brazed with the most minimal of fillets to reinforcements on the head tube. The derailleur cables run side the down tube and then exit just ion front of the BB shell. This is a rather rare De Rosa frame... £295

    MBK PRO NEW OLD STOCK
Seat Tube (ctc): 54cm (56.5cm ctt)
    Top Tube (ctc): 22.25in (56.5cm)
    Rear dropout width: 130mm
Front Brake drop with 700C wheel: 46mm
    Seatpost size: 27.0mm
    Wheel size: 700C
This is a rather nice NOS MBK frame from the early 1990s built from Vitus tubing which is ovalised at the bottom bracket. The top tube takes the rear brake cable in a slot along the length of the top tube's underside – very neat and cool. The semi-vertical dropouts should mean that a fixed or single-speed conversion should not be too difficult. £79 SOLD

    RAULER 61cm c1980
    Seat Tube (ctc) : 61cm (24in)
    Top Tube (ctc): 59cm (21.75in)
    Rear dropout width: 126mm
Wheel size: Sprints or 700C (brake drop of approx 46mm)
    Bottom bracket threads: Italian
    Seatpost size: 27.0mm
This c1980 Rauler frame is of really gorgeous quality - the lugs are beautifully cut out and the brazing is very clean. The frame is in excellent condition. Greg Softley (Ebay gts753) does reproduction transfers.

Rauler was founded in the 1970s by Raul and Reclus Gozzi Brothers. One or both brothers worked for Colnago before starting up the Rauler marquee. It is not know just what the relationship with Ernesto was, but what is known that the name Rauler is from Raul and the first two letters of Ernesto, hence Rauler. Rauler became one of the top contract builders for Colnago and did much of the pantographing for them as well. It has been repainted not especially well but would be quite useable. There are no dents or dings I can see. And with horizontal dropouts could easily be converted to singlespeed or fixed. £175

    MERCKX ROAD FRAME 1970s
    Seat Tube (ctc): 55cm
    Top Tube (ctc): 55cm
    Rear dropout width: 122mm
    Wheel size: 700C
Brake drop with 700C/Sprint wheel: 50mm
    Seatpost size: 27.0mm
Mercks road frames from the early 1970s are very rare in this country. Merckx licensed the use of his name to different builders in countries across Europe - in England inexplicably it was Falcon but in Belgium it was Kessels. This frame sourced from Germany was probably built by Kessels. Its obviously a quality frame with drilled lugs and heavily slotted BB shell. The frame weight is about 2kg and it takes a 27.0mm seatpost so is built from good quality tubing. The long Campy dropouts suggest it is from the first half of the 1970s. Its ideal for a singlespeed or fixed conversion with its long horizontal dropouts. £195

    ALLIN ROAD FRAME c1963
    Seat Tube (ctt): 58cm (23in)
    Top Tube (ctc): 57.5cm (22.75in)
    Rear dropout width: 120mm
    Wheel size:27in or 700C (brake drop 60mm)
    Seatpost size: 27.2mm
Frame tubing: Reynolds 531 double butted
Allin Cycles were based in Whitehorse road, Croydon for many years, This is a Stan Butler model from around 1963. It is very nicely built but does need repainting. Has horizontal dropouts so will make an easy conversion. £59

DE VOS ROAD FRAME New and Unused 1970s/80s
    Seat Tube (ctc): 21in (53cm)
    Top Tube (ctc): 21.5in (55cm)
    Rear dropout width: 124mm
Wheel size: Sprints or 700C with a brake drop of 54mm
    Seatpost size 27.0mm
De Vos was a small Belgian bike shop (at Handzame) which closed in 2008 that commisioned frames from a local builder. This is brand new and never been painted new old stock road frame built in Belgium almost certainly from Reynolds 531 tubing and with clearances for guards - taking the deeper drop Shimano dual pivot brakes. I can get it powder coated at cost price here in Bristol and can prep the frame or fit a headset or BB at a reasonable cost. Its ideal for singlespeed or fixed wheel use. £65 SOLD

    COLNAGO ROAD FRAME 1973
    Seat Tube (ctc) : 53cm (21in)
    Top Tube (ctc): 54.5cm (21.4in)
    Rear dropout width: 125mm
Wheel size: Sprints or 700C front and rear (brake drop of approx 50mm)
    Bottom bracket threads: Italian
    Frame Tubing: Columbus SL
Colnagos from the early 1970s are really rather uncommon - this one dates I think from 1973. Its been repainted I think about twenty years ago and little used since then. At the same time it was converted to take allen bolt fixing brakes. Its in very nice condition with just a few marks to the paint and decals. Would make a very cool conversion to fixed or singlespeed. £325

BEARD AUDAX FRAME c1998 Reynolds 631
Seat Tube (ctc) : 54cm (21.25in) (23in 58cm ct top of seat tube)
    Top Tube (ctc): 55cm (21.5in)
    Rear dropout width: 130mm
Wheel size: Sprints or 700C front and rear (brake drop of approx 45mm)
    Bottom bracket threads: English
    Frame Tubing: Reynolds 631
    Seatpost size: 27.2mm
This is a very nice road/light touring/Audax frame which has the geometry of a road frame but has rear rack mounts. Its built from Reynolds 631 heat treated tubing which is a top quality tube set just below 853. I do not know anything about Beard but I would guess that it was the name of a cycle shop that applied the transfers. Its in very good condition – the paint is generally very good with just a few marks and there is one very small dent on the top tube. £79 SOLD

FAUSTO COPPI Early 1990s New and unused
    Seat Tube (ctc): 59cm
    Top Tube (ctc): 58cm
    Rear dropout width: 130mm
    Wheel size: 700C
    Seatpost size: 27.2mm
    Frame tubing: Columbus Thron
This frame is new and unused but has quite a number of marks to the paintwork. And it has no forks. These Coppi frames are really rather nicely built and offer an excellent ride. It now comes complete with pair of Coppi red threadless forks which are not shown in the picture. £120

CLAUD BUTLER MAJESTIC TOURING FRAME c1983
    Seat Tube (ctt): 23.5in (59cm)
    Top Tube (ctc): 22.75in (57.5cm)
    Rear dropout width: 125mm
    Seatpost size: 26.4mm
Wheel size: 27in or 700C (brake drop 60mm)
    Frame tubing: Reynolds 531
The Claud Butler Majestic touring frames built with Reynolds 531 tubing from the 1980s are really rather classic - this one is in very good condition with original paint and decals and rear carrier. £85 SOLD
