Thanks Clefty and every lovely lady who attended to make it happened. I joined the ride close to the end - to the pub ;) - the chit-chat's, laughs and Jayloo having a go in my bike, priceless. Anytime you want, just let me know.
The ride back... ouch! still hurts. I was enjoying so much the riding, bit tipsy, bit high, charming company, cinematic sunlight.
I was drafting Clefty, over Hammersmith bridge, I felt like delighting myself with the views of the river landscape, submerged in my thoughts ( life can be beautiful...) One second I was moving, keeping the right distance, the next half of second I was on the floor/road, can't remember well how it happened, but it definitely did. When I saw all of you worrying about me, I had to laugh. I knew it was my pot-head which got distracted with the scenario...
My left side of the body got all the impact. The knee properly bleeding, elbow... but now my left hip is going through all the colors palette, and the right palm, ay!. Though we still managed to stop in an another pub for more fun.
@nny, I need get some bits & pieces ready for the polo bike, though nearly there. Now that I am on the mood of hitting the floor, I've got no excuse ;-)
Good ideas coming up in here for meetings like this, sweet.
Loads of fun is what I had last Sunday.
