FFS, Iain why did you have to buy a new bike - you seem to have passed on your falling over ability to me, i've not stacked it in over 6 months and then i managed twice in the last 12 hours!
To be fair i blame it on my straps, i tightened them up for the marathon ride on sunday and now i keep forgetting and can't get my foot out in time!
PS - Fucking hybrids.
