Came across a great new mechanic / LBS in Honor Oak last week (HT Brockley Central), Vaidas Cycles. Indeed, so good was the service and niceness of the bloke he deserves a thread. (I justify this by most of my other comments about bike shops being relentlessly negative so this is an exception.)
Talking to him the other day he said he wants to focus a bit on the nicer end of bikes, track/ FGSS/ road/ time trial, and he knows his way around the local clubs and racing scene a bit too. Very cheap also. And open on Sunday afternoons. On the main strip of shops in Honor Oak, yards away from the station.
