Yes, as someone else has mentioned, you must contact the police. Also if by any luck you have a witness or the driver has shown some compassion for their mistake (I presume they were at fault with all respect) then you the police will investigate and if found guilty you can claim for any broken parts to your bike plus any injuries. it hurt, alot but are there anythings i need to do/write/say to the police as no ones contacted me. got taken to a&e patched up and sent home but my bikes fucked and so is my helmet, jacket and computer that was in my bag. any advice on what happens next, or what i should do appreciated.
