update if anyones interested, 3 witnesses confimed she was driving without due care and attention. she was interviewed under caution. ive got her insurance details and am going to them to request money for what needs replacing. or should i start a formal claim with a solicitor???? i kind of want to keep it clean and not have to go through the solicior route even though its highly probably. anyone else dealt with this.
on a funny note a taxi driver who i got chatting to last night rang his 'uncle' whose a claims solicitor and told me allsorts of stuff to say.
