Wanted: Cheap parts, rear wheel, crank set

Hello peoples, building up a starter bike for someone. looking for some inexpensive crank sets and rear fixed wheel. Cranks set needs to be 165.

i have some cheap handlebars and other cheap parts. My Campagnolo stuff isn't cheap. But have certain items that I don't mind selling cheap. Pop down for a visit. Will pm you.
