well the advertising boards were a guess but if the state of humanity is anything to go by, then when they finish it it'll be anti-graffitti / sanitised / LCD displays / talking lift / flourescent lit / health and safety just like the jubilee line.

Last time we went from Brick Lane we ended up going up a massive hill. Any route that avoids this meets with my approval.

Turn up early (not late), and ride.

Oh, and carry your own shit (puncture repair kit or spare tube, pump, etc).

And don't crash into anyone. Ride with other riders in mind.

Easy for you say, Mr 'Bike w/Gears'. But yes, you are correct, I'll dig my balls out for Sunday. Still, steep enough for that time in the morning shortly after bagel-consumption.

I shall be rocking gears also... only the ride bike is working at the moment.

what's wrong with the mather?

Pothole broke a spoke on the rear wheel, and I've yet to check whether the carbon rim is now absolutely fscked (craks marks visible)... need to get it to a bike shop but haven't yet found the time.

sorry to hear it. there was mention in a thread about council liability and potholes. have you looked into registering some form of complaint with the offending borough.

If I make it out of bed, I'll be doing everything in my power to avoid all hills... Went up a couple of those with tika and mashton one lunchtime... Verdict: Do not want...
I'll probably have a nice and sleepy solo circuitous meander and meet you bitches there, it's gonna be a beautiful day... My features editor is cursing because it's gonna be a bit warm for her first full marathon... Poor bunny... :]
