my 2p, if after the first day they want to quick.... they need to try harder, as John said, my first day was shit too, playing with Mike, Dave, Julien, Yorgo and Seb. I didn't see the ball, I didn't got pass once.
second, they idea to have a secret polo thingy aka newie night is not bad, starting straight away with the big boys can be hard. Adan did a couple of months in Peckham, and by the time he fully join south polo he knew where to be and what to do.
